Free estimates
If you see a memorial in our range that interests you just give your nearest branch a call or send us an email. We promise to get your estimate to you within 3 working days.
When you require additional lettering or cleaning and restoration, as long as you supply us with the Cemetery name, the lair and section number and the first name on the memorial we will get you a free estimate within 4 days. Estimates can be emailed to you if required.

Additional insurance
All memorials can be insured for a small premium for five years. This provides cover against vandalism and accidental damage.

Guarantees
Each memorial comes with a standard 1 year guarantee, this covers all aspects of the memorial and its foundations. While this is a statutory guarantee for one year only we would expect any memorial from J & G Mossman to last and retain its looks well into the future. As a Company with over 100 years of experience we pride our selves in the craftsmanship we use to supply you with a quality, permanent memorial.

Outside normal working hours
We are happy to visit you in your own home or in the local cemetery or churchyard to discuss your individual requirements, we can meet with you at any time and are delighted to keep our showroom open out with normal hours.

Payment
A small deposit is require at the time of ordering( usually 10%) On completion of memorial we expect the balance within 14 days of the date on the invoice. We accept payment by cheque, most major credit and debit card and of course cash. We are delighted if required to invoice directly to a Solicitor or Funeral Director.

Brochures
Our memorial brochures are sent free of charge on request and we can include a selection of verses and quotations to help you select the appropriate wording.
